No Playing on Split-Screen Map in Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO. This Mod Adds 39 Stages to Fight Against AI or With Friends – Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO.

It’s been 17 years, but we can finally play the “sequel” to Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO is making waves as one of Akira Toriyama’s most spectacular manganime projects, but it’s not all perfect in this release. One of the most common complaints in recent days is the inability to play split-screen with friends on more maps, as the game is limited to the Time Chamber. However, this changed today with the release of a mod called “Let’s Fight Somewhere Else”, which allows cooperative play on more maps and even adds campaign mode scenarios.

Although the game features 12 official arenas for battles, some players feel that this number is somewhat limited. Additionally, as mentioned, the inability to play on more maps split-screen with friends has caused some dissatisfaction in the community. Fortunately, the Dragon Ball community wasted no time in finding a solution.

One of the standout mods from this first wave of creations, as mentioned by the folks at 3DJuegos PC, is “Let’s Fight Somewhere Else” (LFSE), which allows users to access a new variety of scenarios. These include iconic locations such as Freezer’s ship, Kame House, space, and even the Tournament of Power, which was only available in the game’s campaign mode. The most appealing part is that these new scenarios are also available for split-screen matches, undoubtedly enhancing gaming sessions with friends.

However, there are some limitations. The new maps do not have destructible physics, so battles in them won’t have the visual impact that official scenarios offer. Additionally, these scenarios cannot be used in online mode, as they are restricted to split-screen cooperative mode or battles against AI.

Installing Let’s Fight Somewhere Else is relatively simple, and interested players can find detailed instructions and download files on Nexus Mods. This mod is just the beginning of what the modder community can achieve, and we are likely to see more additional content for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO in the coming months.

The 60 FPS limit on PC for Sparking! ZERO has also been removed

Another surprise from the community release was the removal of the 60 FPS limit on the PC version of Sparking! ZERO. This limit was originally designed to ensure that all players, whether on console or PC, competed on equal terms in online mode. However, for those not interested in competitive play, it is now possible to remove this restriction on PC without any issues.
