The Loki variant in One Piece
Although the anime has suffered a halt in the Egghead arc, the manga continues its journey through Elbaf, the land of the Vikings. And we already knew that Eiichiro Oda is a detail maniac, but this time it seems he has outdone himself. Thus, in chapter 1130 of One Piece manga, Loki is introduced for the first time, a character that we have seen represented in a thousand ways, but that is lately more known for being one of the faces of Marvel.
And why do we talk about Marvel specifically and not about Norse mythology in general? Well, to know the answer we have to go back to the character’s series on Disney Plus. In this one, Loki is dragged towards the TVA, the Time Variance Authority, and it is established that the Loki we see is variant 1130, the chapter number in which Loki first appears in One Piece.
