Protecting the world from an unimaginable danger

Dubbed in its original version as The Gorge, The Immensity tells the story of a couple of highly qualified agents (played by Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy) with the mission of monitoring a highly classified, huge gorge, protecting the world from a mysterious and undisclosed evil that lies within. A premise with which Derrickson, following a script by Zach Dean, has wanted to play to deliver a thriller of horror, science fiction, espionage, and… love.

“They unite from a distance as they try to stay alert to defend themselves against an invisible enemy. When the cataclysmic threat to humanity is revealed to them, they must work together in a test of physical and mental strength to keep the secret in the gorge before it’s too late.”
